This means that we are in charge of the personal information you provide. Personal information provided by you
We collect the following personal information when you create an account or booking:

- country of origin,

- phone numbers
We collect personal information from you when you contact us, provide feedback, participate in customer surveys, or enter competitions. Additionally, our website uses cookies (see the “Use of cookies” section below). It gathers IP addresses and unique numbers that can identify a specific computer or device on the Internet.
We collect your data to provide you with the best service possible. This includes your contact details, which are required to send you transaction confirmations and to contact you in case of any changes. Your name and address are necessary for our Stashpoints to verify your identity when you drop off and collect your belongings.
According to Article 4(1) of the GDPR, personal data means any information related to an identifiable individual. Such a person can be identified directly or indirectly through an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that individual.

How do we collect information from you?
We collect information directly from you when you provide it through our websites and mobile applications or ‘Apps’. Right to erasure (Article 17, GDPR)

You can also ask us to delete it if we are using it without your consent or if you have legal obligations to do so.
